Milk Quality Lab Package

This lab is designed to mimic real milk quality procedure & testing & requires two lab periods 24-48 hours apart. Students will learn about milk quality testing, including how to streak milk plates, basic microbiological bench tests, & practice identifying common milk organisms. This lab guide includes lab purpose, laboratory objectives, complete supply lists, relevant reference materials, more specific activity instructions for the instructor, & pro tips.
