Medication Inventory Producer Worksheet
This document is designed & intended for veterinary use only.
Trying to get your small producers' medication inventory under control? Need help getting them to understand that treatment protocols & approved medication lists can save them time & money? We've got you. With all medications going to veterinary prescription, emphasizing appropriate medication use according to veterinary recommendation & disposing of expired medications is essential! When CA made the move to all prescription, our clinic saw a lot of holding on to medication past the expiration date due to fears of "not being able to get what I need." This worksheet can give you an idea of what your producers have, how much they have, how old it is, & how you can help them slim down their inventory to save them time & money. After all, we all know that they don't need a bottle of everything. I also use this worksheet as a base to create operation-specific inventory sheets that include all this information, plus lot numbers
