Trying to gently guide your small producers to follow specific procedure instructions? Trying to encourage producers to standardize the way they do things from one employee to the next? We've got you. Originally written to guide school farm managers in writing their own farm standard operating procedures (SOPs) that their students could follow, this worksheet encourages producers to think about the things they do, who does them, how they do them, & why they do them. This worksheet is an excellent jumping off point for establishing treatment protocols & SOPs on existing client farms, as well as a starting point for new hobby farmers.
